The applicant pays for their own screening report, and you get the results delivered to your dashboard, fast.
1. Create a Free Landlord Studio account or log back in via the portal
2. Add your property details (if you’ve already done this, skip to the next step)
3. Navigate to the Applications and screenings tab in the left-hand menu and start a new screening report
4. Enter the prospect's name and email address (yep—that’s it!) and hit “Start Screening”
Note: If you’ve used the listings feature, you can simply click start screening on the lead's details (no need to even enter the tenant's details).
5. The tenant completes the report
The tenant will receive the request via email. They will need to authorize the report and fill out their details.
6. Review the report.
