Can Landlord Studio manage commercial property?
Does Landlord Studio handle triple-net (NNN) and CAM charges?
You can record NNN and CAM charges alongside base rent so each tenant ledger is accurate. Year-end CAM reconciliations are handled manually, so larger portfolios with complex recoveries may need dedicated commercial software.
Can I manage a mixed-use building?
