Can Landlord Studio manage affordable housing?
Yes. Landlord Studio is built for landlords with a handful of affordable or Section 8 units. Track rent, housing assistance, leases, repairs and expenses for each unit, alongside any market-rate rentals you own.
Can I record housing authority payments separately from the tenant's rent?
Yes. Record both as rent payments and add a note to the housing assistance payment marking it as Section 8, so you can see who has paid what.
Does Landlord Studio handle HUD or LIHTC compliance reporting?
