About Landlord Studio
Landlord Studio builds property management and accounting software for independent landlords and small letting agents. From Auckland, we help customers in the US and UK spend less time on admin and stay on top of their rental finances.
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join our team in Kingsland and help more landlords discover what we do.
About the role
You’ll take campaigns from an idea through to launch and results, bringing email, social and content together around a clear goal.
Working closely with our Head of Marketing and the wider team, you’ll plan campaigns for both the US and UK. That could mean a webinar, a product launch, a seasonal campaign or a new research report.
This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys writing, organising the details and getting work out into the world. You’ll manage campaigns rather than a team, with room to try ideas and learn from the results.
What you’ll be doing
- Run campaigns from start to finish: define the audience and goal, plan the channels, coordinate content and launch on schedule.
- Write and manage newsletters and campaign emails, test different approaches and grow an engaged subscriber list.
- Plan and publish organic social content across YouTube, Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Turn webinars, demos and launches into useful clips and posts. Choose the strongest moments, prepare clear briefs and review the finished content.
- Help our founders share their ideas and experience through regular posts, interviews and webinar content.
- Track campaign results and share what you’re learning, so we can improve the next campaign and put more effort into what works.
You’ll work with colleagues on landing pages, search and paid marketing. Success means reaching the right people and turning that interest into webinar registrations, engaged subscribers and product trials.
What we’re looking for
- Experience planning and delivering campaigns across several channels, with examples of the results.
- Clear, engaging writing for email and social, and a good sense of what suits each channel.
- Practical email marketing experience, including testing and improving campaigns.
- The ability to turn one strong piece of content into several useful posts, emails or clips.
- Good organisation: you can set priorities, manage a content calendar and follow work through to completion.
- Confidence writing briefs, coordinating creative work and checking the details before it goes live.
- Comfort using campaign data to understand what worked and decide what to try next.
- An independent, collaborative approach and openness to using AI tools where they help you work more effectively.
Experience with software businesses, property, accounting or marketing to US and UK audiences would be useful, but isn’t essential. Familiarity with email and social publishing tools, and good email consent practices, would also help.
What we offer
- NZ$1,000 annual professional development budget, plus two days for learning.
- Flexible working hours.
- The equipment and tools you need, plus up to NZ$500 towards your home working setup.
- Monthly team lunches and quarterly team activities.
- Fresh fruit, office snacks and drinks at our Kingsland office.
- A Headspace subscription.
- A small team where you can own your work and see its impact across international markets.
If you enjoy turning ideas into well-run campaigns and learning what makes people respond, we’d love to hear from you.
