About the role 🚀:

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to own and execute our full-funnel growth strategy from our Auckland HQ. This newly created role is designed for a person who excels in operational delivery, experimentation, and measurable outcomes.

The successful candidate will lead SEO, growth experiments, digital campaigns, and multi-market lead generation. You will have global reach working closely with the Head of Marketing while enjoying the autonomy to build, test, and scale initiatives that materially contribute to the business's success.

What You’ll Own 📣

SEO & Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO)

  • Build and execute a global SEO strategy aligned with commercial goals. Optimise for both traditional search and emerging AI-driven answer engines.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor benchmarking, and full technical SEO audits. Work with Product and Development teams to implement technical improvements. Report monthly on organic performance.

Campaign Management & Lead Generation

  • Own multi-channel digital campaigns across search, social, and display. Build and manage top-of-funnel and mid-funnel lead generation systems.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing frameworks to optimise landing pages and ads. Collaborate with Sales on target profiles and lead quality.

Growth Strategy & Analytics

  • Lead growth metrics, forecasting, and funnel reporting. Identify new growth channels and run structured experiments.
  • Manage the marketing stack, ensuring accurate event tracking and attribution. Regularly communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.

Content & Brand Amplification

  • Repurpose existing content into high-performing assets across multiple channels. Contribute to landing page strategy and collaborate with Design/Product to drive conversions.
  • Partner with internal teams and contractors to deliver content and distribute content via scalable growth loops.

What Success Looks Like (6–12 Months) 🎯

Success will be measured against industry-standard B2B SaaS benchmarks:
Organic Growth

  • Deliver YoY growth in organic traffic across key markets (US, UK, NZ, AU).
  • Improve organic visibility by ranking additional high-intent keywords within the top 10 results.

Lead Generation & Campaign Performance

  • Generate 250–300 MQLs per month, consistently.
  • Demonstrably improve our Trial to Sub conversion rate

Technical & Operational Efficiency

  • Create a stable growth engine with documented SOPs, funnel dashboards, and repeatable playbooks.

What You Bring 💡

Must Haves

  • 5+ years’ hands-on growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS or a similar fast-paced tech environment.
  • Proven ability to deliver measurable results across SEO, paid campaigns (Meta, Google Ads), and lead generation.
  • Advanced capability with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Search Console.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects independently and execute with precision.
  • Experience with marketing automation systems and CRM tools (Mailerlite preferred but not essential).
  • Growth mindset and empathy. You won’t always have the answers but you are committed and capable of finding solutions. 

Nice to haves:

  • Experience with AEO and optimisation for AI-powered search experiences.
  • Background working in PropTech or similar industries.
  • Basic design or video editing skills (Figma, Canva, or similar).
  • CRO experience with testing frameworks and landing page optimisation.
  • Experience operating across international markets.
  • Familiarity with Webflow and technical SEO implementation.
