About the role:

Salary Range: NZD $65,000 – $75,000

We’re looking for a motivated, creative, and organised Marketing Specialist to join our Auckland HQ. Working closely with our Marketing Lead and Head of Content, you’ll play a vital role in executing and optimising digital campaigns across social media, CRM, email, and our website. You’ll work closely with the Head of Content and wider team to support campaign delivery, content execution, and ongoing brand engagement initiatives.

What You'll Own 📣

Social Media Marketing

  • Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • Develop short-form videos, reels, and carousels using tools like Canva and CapCut.
  • Support Partner content collaboration.
  • Track and report on performance metrics to improve reach and engagement.

CRM and Lifecycle Marketing

  • Execute email marketing campaigns via Mailerlite.
  • Assist in building automated lifecycle flows that activate and retain users.
  • Collaborate with the team to A/B test, optimise, and scale CRM strategies.

General Marketing Support

  • Update and manage website content using Webflow.
  • Repurpose and distribute hero content (like blogs, webinars, and videos) across channels.
  • Pitch in on campaign coordination, content uploads, asset management, and performance tracking.

What You Bring 💡

Must Haves

  • Experience creating digital content for social (including design and video editing).
  • Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, and social scheduling platforms.
  • Working knowledge of CMS tools (e.g. Webflow).
  • A growth mindset and willingness to learn in a fast-paced startup.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Haves

  • Formal study or hands-on experience in marketing, design, or digital media.
  • Understanding of SEO fundamentals and exposure to tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.
