PRS Database Registration Pack

Registration for the PRS Database opens region by region from 15 December 2026. This free pack walks you through every detail the government's "Register your rental property" service asks for, starting with the one most landlords don't have to hand: contact details for every joint owner.

Get registration-ready before your window opens

Every private landlord in England has to register on the PRS Database, at £65 per property per year. You get three months from the day your region opens, and you need your own details, details for each property and in-date certificates to hand.

This pack turns that into a checklist you can work through property by property, so your registration takes minutes rather than a weekend of chasing paperwork.

In this free pack you'll be able to:

  • Collect joint owner details first, so a co-owner doesn't hold you up
  • Fill in one property sheet per home, covering every field the service asks for
  • Track gas safety, EICR and EPC expiry dates in one place
  • Plan each property against its regional window and work out your yearly fee
