How we got here, and where we're going
A private tool for one landlord became property management software used by tens of thousands. Here's the short version.
From humble beginnings.
Landlord Studio didn't begin as a company. It began as one landlord trying to get a clearer picture of his own investment. As co-founder Charles puts it, it “really started as a private tool for me to have better insight and clarity around my first major property investment after moving back home to NZ from London”.
That private tool became the product, and it still shapes how we build - and who we hire. The people who do best here tend to be the ones who would have built something like it for themselves.
