Growth Marketer

We are looking for an experienced, dependable, hands-on, data-driven, and well-rounded growth marketer to join our team. Someone with a proven track record of success in SaaS B2C to own demand generation strategy, conversion optimization, and analytics to help us push that growth even further.

You will be an instrumental contributor to making our fast growth a sustainable trend. You will have a direct impact on the success of one of the fastest-growing startups in New Zealand, being able to showcase your excellent analytical, B2C demand generation. You need to be able to act autonomously and proactively to address Inbound marketing needs to facilitate the lead generation process end-to-end.

We’re a high growth and agile software company that draws experience from both the real estate and financial services sector, with backing from prominent Angel and VC investors, including Blackbird Ventures.

What you’ll do

As an experienced, well-rounded growth marketer, you’ll support our SEO, ASO, and paid digital marketing efforts.

You’ll work closely with our content specialist to research and analyze keywords and competitors to optimize our websites and apps from an SEO and ASO standpoint.

You will plan and execute all web, marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.

As a results-driven digital marketer you’ll bring a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, ASO, and inbound marketing to our organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of our paid acquisition channels.
  • Ensure our value proposition resonates with our target audience.
  • Build a lead generation machine to increase traffic and acquisitions.
  • Use data to make strategic decisions.
  • Drive actionable insights based on the analysis of our competitors, keywords, and data.
  • Work with our content specialist on the correct keywords to target.
  • Measure and report on the success of our campaigns to inform marketing decisions.
  • Optimize and test. You’ll work to maximize CTR, install rate, and conversion rate through best practice adoption and continuous testing effort, all while increasing/maintaining keyword rankings.
  • Hit Growth Targets. We’ve got some challenging goals, and you’re pumped to try to exceed them with quick and precise execution. You might even find opportunities for growth and efficiency that we haven’t thought of yet.

Requirements

  • Proven record of impacting growth and demand.
  • A background in acquisition marketing or demand generation.
  • Analytical thinker – very comfortable in using data to measure the success of your work.
  • Strong eye for detail to ensure consistency of messaging and creatives across all channels.
  • Understanding of SEO, ASO & ASA strategies, and best practices
  • Experience in using growth marketing tools such as Google Optimize, Ahrefs, and App Annie.
  • 3+ years experience in growth/demand generation, ideally at an early stage, fast-growing tech startup with USA or UK customer base.
